Policy & House Rules
no smoking or vaping
This is a smoke‑free building. Absolutely no smoking indoors; a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation for smoking.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ON THE PROPERTY (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE)! NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON THIS PROPERTY!!
Overnight StayS Requirements
Minimum stay: 2 nights | Maximum stay: 5 nights unless pre-approved by Management. Standard rate (3 or more guests): $200–$375 per night, plus MS state tax. Standard Check In time is 11am (CST). Standard Check Out time is 11am (CST). Our venue is ADA accessible with compliant entrances and restrooms.
Other Events
Building use for other events starts at $125 per hour, plus tax.
Cleaning fees of $65 will be charged for overnight stays over 2 days.
NO PETS ON THE INSIDE OF THE VENUE!
RESPONSIBLE PARTY-Whoever books the reservation is responsible for the bill, policy and house rules.
Maximum of 10 people for overnight stays. Inflated mattresses for extra sleeping space is allowed!
Management reserves the right to refuse services at their discretion.
Prices may vary during high seasons and special events in location and surrounding areas!
White table and chairs are property of 204 E. Walnut Street, Charleston, MS. You are welcome to use them indoors and outdoors. Please do not remove them from the property.
All overnight bookings include access to our full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave), washer & dryer, 2 bathrooms with sink & toilet, 1 shower room, 2 empty multipurpose rooms, free parking, an outside 20 x 20 deck and reserved sleeping spaces.
